Appointment & Cancellation Policy
Appointments for our services can be secured by telephone
or in person by using Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover.
Your card will not be charged until the time of service.
We understand that everyone’s time is valuable and
emergencies do occur. We will make every effort to
accommodate your circumstances within reason,
however, because of our small size and premium service,
cancellations and no-shows affect us significantly.
For these reasons Kerry Mark Salon & Day Spa
upholds a strict cancellation policy.
Monday thru Saturday
24 hour notice to cancel salon or spa appointments
48 hour notice to cancel groups of (3) or more
Unless we receive a cancellation call within
policy hours, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee.
NO SHOWS will be charged a 100% full fee.
In the event that you need to cancel, please call so that
others can take advantage of the available time.
Persons making appointments for themselves or others
using their credit cards are responsible for appointments.
